My Plan

My Plan

President Barack Obama gave a speech on education and responsibility. Barack Obama is telling students how we can succeed if we work hard for it. Hard work pays off but it's up too us to put the effort in. Everything is up to the students Barack Obama is telling us how to be successful and how the easy way is not for everyone its very limited too become a NBA player or a HIP HOP rap artist. Barack Obama shows how important education is and everywhere in the world you will need an education.

Obama tells us how we can affect this country with our education and how America is known to work harder when things get difficult. We are not known to give up even people who have it harder than others pull through. Barack Obama says how important we are and how the talent and skills we each have individually will help us solve the difficult problems we are having today. There is no excuse the education is there it's up to us too walk in that classroom and learn something, by us doing that it will bring change to this country.

If someone like Jazmin Perez who didn't know English in this country could make it than that gives no reason for students not to get the education we deserve. Andoni Schultz who fought brain cancer is getting his education, people with problems are still getting there education even if it takes a little longer to learn something that doesn't mean you can't do it. Successful people most likely had to work hard and by working hard now can make your life easier later on, school is a students job so we should take it serious.

It doesn't matter how many tries it takes someone to get there education as long as they get it is what counts. Some students learn faster than others and some learn slower than others but that is not an excuse too not do your work. What Obama said is true I feel somewhat different knowing that much could change just from working hard. Everybody in the world had to become good at something because we are not born with it we have too learn something before we can do it. I like numbers so I would want to be an accountant but I wasn't born with math skills, I had to learn than and I became good at it. I am taking this speech into consideration. I feel this speech was motivating to all people in America.

"And no matter what you want to do with your life – I guarantee that you’ll need an education to do it." I can relate to this quote because I would want to be an accountant and I would need a lot of math skills to have that job. "Every single one of you has something you’re good at. Every single one of you has something to offer. And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is. That’s the opportunity an education can provide." I remember when I was unsure of what I wanted to do until I found out that I like math and I am good with numbers but without my education I would have not known that.

That is how I can relate the quotes to myself, not knowing what I wanted to do but our education helped me find that out.
