CHOICEThe color of the wood where the road diverged is yellow, one of the roads bent in the undergrowth. He took the other road because it was just as fair and they laid equally, the road was grassy and wanted wear. He will tell the tale ages from now how he took the road that was shorter, by just making that decision where the roads diverged and he took the road less traveled. I think the tone of this poem was serious because he had to make a big decision and when decisions like that come around it's more likely to take it serious. He took the road that was less traveled, that was an important decision to make if he wanted to get to where he was going. This poem teaches a good lesson about making choices, because if you make a right decision it can lead to making a difference as well as making the wrong decision. The Author made a choice of which road to take, choices I made can be as simple as going to school. When making choices it can sometimes have more pressure than other times but I think we make choices everyday like getting out our bed everyday is a choice people make. I am happy with the choices I made because it made me who i am today. Maria had too make difficult decisions because she made a promise to her mother that she would finish school. Her final decision was to finish up school then maybe hang with Frankie, I agree with her decision because that shows that she can keep her word and accomplish things without letting other things get in the way. No, i haven't had too make a decision like that. The story took place in a barrio the main characters is Maria, Frankie, and the Gang. The conflict with Maria is that she wanted to be down with the gang and wanted too hang but she couldn't because of the promise she made her mom, so she had to forward through with her promise and finish getting her education and take care of the family because her mother was no longer around to take care of her brother and sister. The word lonely is important because Maria was very lonely following up with her promise to her mother. The promises was to get the best education she can get and take care of her family, promises are important to keep because it shows that people can take your word for it and it takes someone to be strong to make a promise and accomplish it. Two ways is a good action for this story, because Maria could've easily been like those other girls going to school late but she chose different, kind of like taking another road. I believe there is a connection with making choices and our happiness, i wouldn't want to make a choice that is not going too make me happy. Yes, we are happy with having choice and i believe everyone should be happy with there choice otherwise don't choose it if it doesn't make you happy. I feel i can be a maximizer at times more than a satisfier, regret can do a lot to our choices because usually we think before we do things, usually before i do something i think to see if i am going to regret it. Adapting makes our choices more suitable for the thing we are choosing on. Yes, we do have high expectations when we make our choices otherwise we wouldn't take making choices into consideration. The effect of our high expectations is if the expectation doesn't go as high as we want.
Everyday people make choices some more important then others, but i think choosin between gasoline and college it would definitely have too be college I wouldn't worry much about the gasoline because there will be alternative ways to get to college.
